Customer Support Representative
As a Customer Support Representative, you're often the first and most important point of contact our customers have with Kaseros. You'll handle questions about orders, products, installation, shipping, and returns with warmth and clarity, turning everyday problems into reasons for customers to trust us. This role is fully remote, but you'll work closely with the wider team to keep our service sharp.
What you'll do
- Answer customer emails and messages clearly, warmly, and on time
- Resolve order, installation, shipping, and return questions from start to finish
- Spot recurring issues and flag them so we can fix the root cause
- Keep our help content and replies accurate and friendly
- Work with the team to keep response times fast and quality high
What we're looking for
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential
- Calm, patient, and genuinely helpful, even under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and good judgement
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Experience in e-commerce, home, or customer support is a plus

As our Social Media Manager, you'll own how Kaseros shows up across social. You'll plan and create content, build a genuine connection with our community, and use what you learn to keep getting better. You'll shape our brand voice, spot trends early, and help turn an engaged audience into loyal customers. This is a creative, hands-on role with real ownership.

- Work with support and product to keep messaging aligned
What we're looking for
- A sharp eye for design, trends, and storytelling
- Strong writing skills and a feel for brand voice
- Hands-on experience growing social channels
- Organised, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely
- Basic content creation and editing skills are a plus
